Mystery shopping visits are carried out by members of IMS's carefully selected field team of over 2,000 mystery shoppers, all of which have passed initial interviews and then have successfully completed examined training courses before they are allowed to undertake any assignments.

Field Team members are then carefully matched to mystery shopping assignments with team members being thoroughly briefed on each assignment before the activity takes place.

IMS's Field Operations Team then thoroughly quality assures every completed mystery shopping questionnaire before finalised reports are passed on to you by email or via the Mystery Shop My Business website. Our National Field Team Manager then uses the results of this quality assurance to measure and improve Field Team quality, arranging additional training and support for individual Field Team members as required.
