How much does it cost?

A typical mystery shopping visit costs just £49.95 +VAT.

This includes us booking and briefing a professional mystery shopper from our team to complete each visit, the mystery shopper's preparation time learning the scenario and understanding the questionnaire, their travel time to the location, the completion of the visit itself, and time for them to complete their questionnaire afterwards. It also includes our time checking and quality assuring their completed report and then sending you your results by email as well as making sure they're available from your online account

All you may need to add is the cost of your purchase allowance. This is the money you are providing the mystery shopper to pay for any purchases they need to make in order to complete the scenario you've set. Not every mystery shopping visit will require a purchase allowance. (Please see the FAQ 'Do I need a purchase allowance?' for more information)
