How many visits should I do?

The simple answer to this is as many as you want as there is no minimum purchase or any set-up fee. However, most people's approach to mystery shopping is that it's only after 3 visits that you can be reasonably certain you have enough information to understand how a business is really performing.

For example the results of the first mystery shopping visit could be a one-off which doesn't reflect the usual standard of service, the second visit could be a coincidence, but after a third visit the chance that you're not seeing a true reflection of the businesses performance is very low
