How long will it take to get my results?

Once you've paid for and have activated your campaign we need a lead time of 2 weeks to check the information you have submitted and then book and brief the best mystery shopper possible for each of your visits. Once visits start we guarantee they'll be finished within 2 weeks, but in practice most visits will be completed within the first week with results taking 1 or 2 working days to pass through quality assurance before you receive them by email or they're available on our website.

So the average amount of time between activating a campaign and receiving your results is about 3 weeks.
