How long does it take to set up?

Our website is very easy to use. We find that even a first time user with no prior knowledge of mystery shopping can create their own mystery shopping campaign using one of our templates in less than 30 minutes. Once you've done this once, repeating the activity or creating a new campaign can take as little as 5 to 10 minutes depending on how much you want to personalise things for your business.

You don't even have to complete the process in one go. Each step of the set-up process is saved as you go along, so if you need to step away and come back to it later you can just pick up where you left off.
