How do I get my results?

As standard the result of each mystery shopping visit will be sent to you by email (it will arrive as an attachment) as soon as the results pass through quality assurance. At the same time the results also become available from the My Campaigns page when you log in to your account. (You can choose to turn the results by email service off or back on at any time using the options on your My Account page).
